What hardware do you offer for your doors?
We’re fortunate to be a sister company with leading supplier AMK Hardware, which means we’re able to supply doors fitted with premium hardware. Our selection includes the prestigious German-manufactured Winkhaus multipoint-lock system, and the highly-rated Brisant Ultion 3-star Security Cylinder. Additionally, we offer the cutting-edge LockLock system and an upgrade option to Heritage Security Hardware.
How many options do customers have to choose from?
With a wide array of varying composite door styles, hardware and glazing options to choose from, customers can have their pick of over 10,000 combinations.
What material are your doors constructed with?
We employ a combination of top-tier materials in the construction of our GRP composite doors. Our doors’ outer layer features a grain effect, imitating the timeless appearance of timber. It is also complemented by UV-resistant abilities, guaranteeing the longevity of the paint by preventing peeling, cracking, and offering protection against scratches and other forms of wear and tear. In addition, this material guarantees a low-maintenance quality to our doors.
Are your doors thermally efficient?
Absolutely! We take immense pride in the impressive energy efficiency of our doors, a hallmark of our commitment to maintaining maximum indoor comfort throughout the year. Not only do they contribute to substantial reductions in energy bills, but they also play a key role in lowering carbon footprints. Our doors are even proven to have outstanding thermal efficiency that is 19% more effective than standard timber doors.

How do homeowners place an order?

Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a showroom for traders or homeowners. However, one of our trusted traders, Frame Trade, does have their own showroom which potential customers are able to visit.
What guarantees are traders able to offer their customers?
We're proud of the durability, longevity, and superior quality of our products, something demonstrated by our generous guarantees. We offer an impressive 25-year structural guarantee for the door itself, combined with a 10-year guarantee for the paint. Additionally, our collaboration with Brisant Secure provides customers with the added assurance of a forced-entry protection guarantee. In the rare event of such an occurrence, Brisant Secure offers up to a £2000 refund (only covers forced entry via snapping the cylinder up to £2000).

What are the main features of your glazing options?
Our double or triple glazed glass offers a range of impressive benefits, including excellent energy efficiency, noise pollution reduction, and heightened security for any home. Our glass also boasts a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of no less than 29dB, as well as an Outdoor-Indoor Transmission Class (OITC) of at least 26dB.
What are the names of your glass designs?
We offer five unique and stylish glass designs that elevate the aesthetic of all our doors. These include our New Orleans, Esprit, Classic, Elan and Murano designs. Each collection embodies unique designs, from contemporary to traditional, there is a design for everyone’s individual tastes and requirements.
What decorative glass do you offer?
We supply our glazing through Regalead, and we offer double and triple glazed units with laminate/Low E coatings.
Does your glazing require large amounts of upkeep?
Quite the opposite! Our glass presents a low-maintenance solution, demanding only periodic and minimal cleaning.
Does your glazing contribute to thermal efficiency?
Absolutely. The use of Low-E coatings effectively reflects UV rays and heat, while letting in natural light. This helps create a cosy indoor environment in winter and a cooler one during summer. In addition, our glass is double or triple-glazed, which significantly enhances energy efficiency.
How can customers choose their glazing option?
Utilising our Door Designer tool, customers gain access to an extensive spectrum of glazing options, allowing them to tailor their selection to perfectly suit their tastes and preferences.
